The house will be extended at the side to provide a large family kitchen and living area with a master bedroom suite above. At the rear a glass extension will create a garden room off the kitchen flooding the house with light. The house will then be updated and transformed externally to create a much more modern and contemporary looking property.

The house will be constructed in traditional materials indigenous to the Conservation Area it sits in, such as red wire cut bricks for the walls, natural grey blue slate for the roof and buff sandstone for the feature walls and details such as cills and pillars.
The traditional steep slate roof, the feature portico and double height entrance and the stylized bay window are modern interpretations of 'Victorian' ethos as are the high quality natural materials that will be used.
The house will have 5 bedrooms (4 en-suite) and a family bathroom, a large open plan kitchen/garden room and utility, lounge, snug, integral double garage and a gym. All designed for modern family living with a bit of luxury!
