Following refusal by the planning committee at Cheshire West and Chester council where Georges British credentials were questioned common sense prevailed and the appeal was successful and planning granted for an extension to a cottage in the Cheshire countryside. SEE NEWS SECTION ABOVE.

The cottage is part a former smithy which will be extended to enhance the house providing better family living space at ground floor and a larger bedroom and en-suite at first floor.  The extension will ensure the sustainability of this property by creating appropriate living space to meet the modern day needs of a growing young family.
