Planning permission in Hale conservation area
We are delighted to have just gained planning permission for a substantial ground floor rear extension, new double garage and loft conversion for a property in Hale conservation area.
In terms of the layout, we will be taking out the wall and fireplace on both floors between the kitchen and the utility and then extending out this combined space in a single storey structure to create a large family dining kitchen. The garage to the side would be demolished and replaced with a new structure in its place housing a double garage at the front section and a playroom, wc and boot room at the back linked to the kitchen. The current dining room will become a study and the rear lounge a dining room.
At first floor, the two rooms sharing the removed chimney breast will become the master bedroom and en-suite and there will be 4 further bedrooms on this floor with a bathroom, utility and a further en-suite.
The loft conversion will involve a new central staircase and 2 large bedrooms each with en-suites.
