Planning Granted for new Conversion Scheme of Water Tower – 20/02/2012
TA Ltd. had already obtained planning permission for this dramatic conversion of a listed water tower in Ollerton Cheshire, with a scheme for the tower to have 6 floors of accommodation plus a roof terrace and glass atrium.
We are now pleased to announce that we have also obtained planning permission for a new conversion scheme which instead of the roof terraced with atrium, will have a stunning glass enclosed roof over a fantastic pool and spa.
The surface of the pool will be at balcony level, which means that while in the pool you will be able to look through the glass enclosure at the stunning view of the countryside from this elevated position.
The scheme was carefully negotiated with the local authority planners and conservation officer so as to maintain the essential characteristics of the tower whilst providing stunning accommodation internally.
